Comes in a plastic transparent sleeve.
The four 12" and the 7" are packaged in purple paper sleeves numbered 1 to 5 + the letters S,H,A,K and E.
However this 'numbering' is not consistent with the sides etched in the runout grooves.
The track listing here follows the etchings, as it is the only place where the sides are mentioned as A, B, C, D, E, etc.

Sleeve number 1/'S' contains the 12" with sides A & B.
Sleeve number 2/'H' contains the 12" with sides C & D.
Sleeve number 3/'A' contains the 7" with sides I & J.
Sleeve number 4/'K' contains the 12" with sides E & F.
Sleeve number 5/'E' contains the 12" with sides G & H.

Side H with the track 'The Other One' plays at 45 RPM.
