On this album, all members of the Stuttgarter Kammerorchester (Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra) take their turns as soloist.
The name of the album "7 with One Stroke!" is taken from the Grimm's fairytale "Das tapfere Schneiderlein" / "The Brave Little Tailor". It is his motto he stitched on his belt.

The CD comes in a jewel case with a 20-page booklet in EN, DE and FR. It gives information on "Playing Concertante Together" as well as on the orchestra; text by Thomas Seedorf.
