This official clear color cassette tape with mechanical white print version released through Ritval Death Offerings in a die-hard format in a deluxe semi-box 'dvd-style' case with cassette cradle lock tabs, which includes a single-page front/back color cover insert with credits, photography, and artwork with a 18 mm spine.

Also includes a separate insert with black & white photograph and lyrics to Chapter III.
