According to label's owner Mark Darby, a test run of 10 white label copies were pressed and
the labels were hand-written by Tom Middleton
The credit for Schizophrenia on side B, is for co-production of track B1 only.

Some copies may have incorrect track information: although A3 Didgeridoo and B3 Flaphead are written on the label, they are not actually on the vinyl (see images).
