Promotional only - Recorded Live at McGuffy's on the night of New Years 12/31/90 into 1/1/91.
Originally Produced, released and distributed in very small quantities by WTUE 104.7 FM Radio, McGuffy's House of Draft, Arch Rival, and ReFraze Records, in sealed jewel cases with no inserts or art. Soon after another small quantity was released with a double sided single panel cover and identical discs.

The track lengths printed on the discs don't actually match the lengths on the album. For example tracks 6 and 7 are both listed as being 3:51, but on the disc they are actually 3:58 and 3:54.

Tracks 6 and 7 originally appeared on WTUE 104.7 FM's compilation of local Dayton Ohio bands "WTUE's Home Grown Album 4" in 1990. "Collision Course" was actually originally recorded and released there as a Michael Harris song, not an Arch Rival song. It was also released on the Michael Harris album "Defense Mechanizms" later in 1990, although that entire album features Michael, Gary and Greg, at the time the entire instrumental lineup of Arch Rival. On this album it is actually the only originals song notated as being Copyright Michael Harris 1990, while the other songs (except for the cover songs) are all copyright Arch Rival.

"Muffin Man" (originally a Frank Zappa song) is actually a medley of 2 Frank Zappa songs "Muffin Man" and "The Man With The Woman Head", as well as an Intrumental section and band member introductions, thanks from the band, etc all spoken by Greg Martin before an instrumental section to close out the concert.
