According to the labels both tracks claim to have been originally released in 1972. However, Side B was first issued in 1969 on the album Argent - Argent.

Side A is the album version, not originally released on 7" in the UK at the time (1972).
Side A (in this version) was previously only available on Argent - All Together Now in the U.K.

This is one of the longest (if not the longest) 'Old Gold' 7" release, clocking in at a total duration of 12:32.
