The album was recorded near the end of 2007 and was their second full length album. What was supposed to be an official release through a California based record label 'This City is Burning records' was long delayed and ended up not happening.

On Sunday, September 21, 2008, the band posted a blog update on their Myspace regarding their long awaited 2nd release:

"As for our other (yet to be released album) "A Collision In Slow Motion" released on This City is Burning Records we don't deal with release dates so please forward all you questions to JOSH at:

We hope that you guys keep listening and enjoy the new stuff that comes out, it WILL NOT BE ON "this city is burning"


In October of 2008, they suddenly put all the tracks from the album "A Collision in Slow Motion" online for free download on two seperate Myspaces:

There was a short message on the temporary Myspace page that stated the album would not get a proper release and an apology to the fans.

I noticed there was a thank you to the people who tried to make it possible and among the listed was a very talented Daniel Lucas from www.onestaroff.com who did the artwork for the album that was never produced.. I visited his website and under his works section I found all the beautiful, unreleased artwork for the album. (cover, back, cd inlay, cd, booklet, etc.) I asked his permission to download it with only the intention of a DIY kind of project. He kindly agreed and sent me the original files.

Finally, after having all the pieces of the puzzle, I went out and had one professionally made. Probably the only one in existence.
