Over the past three years, we at Draug have
released the three-part jazz-electronica fusion
work Katharsis & Threnoidia by the genre
chameleon Ars Dada. However, Ars Dada is
not one to stay pigeonholed in a genre for too
long, and this time he has teamed up with
Bodø’s eldest son Jørgen Nordeng (Joddski /
Tungtvann) to make two summery ragga
jungle schlägers, in northern Norwegian of
course . First out is Dampveiwaltz, a song
that, without revealing too much, will
steamroll you. This is closely followed by
Boble, a song about finding the flow zone, a
secluded creative bubble. The record
concludes with Ars Dada's own VIP twist, and
Schattenjæger's Wipeout style techno remix
of Dampveiwaltz!
