This version of 'ARCO' has Alcatel Norway branding and was distributed by the Alcatel companies in Norway to clients and contacts in celebration of Alcatel's sponsorship of the Vigeland Sculpture Park in Oslo. It was released sometime between June 1995 (when the recording was made) and 1997 when the sponsorship agreement ended.

It's released in an 8-panel digipak (black tray) without booklet. Besides Arve Tellefsen and the composers in the tracklisting, the only credits are for the design and photography agencies. Track duration is not listed.
