This is the band's demo tape and their first release. It is also referred to as "Whats Up Now? Demo" on the back cover.

There were multiple versions of this demo tape. This is the original and first version of this release.

Recorded on November 9th of 1994 by Jason on his 4 track.

The release came on used Ampex cassette tapes that were recorded over with the demo and were written on with a black marker. The cassette came inside of a black plastic Ampex case with black and white paper stickers applied to the front and back of the case.
