The tracklisting on the label doesn't match the record. It lists "Dear John" as the track B1, but it's B4.
The label also has the sides wrong way around. The "Lip Side" is actually the side B on this version.
Tracklisting on the back cover is correct.

Track A5 listed as "HEADACHE for Michelle" on the back sleeve and label and as "HEADACHE - for Michelle" on the inner sleeve.
