All composed, mixed, recorded and designed at Studio MECCA Kyoto April - June 1996 using the sounds of the metal (Grey Disk), heartbeat (Red Disk), glow & fluorescent lamp (Luminous Disk) and water (Blue Disk) as source material.

Hand-numbered limited edition of 1000 copies.
Contains a 7"-size insert for each record as well as a generic one.
The first 50 copies included a cassette of source material, and a black XL short-sleeve t-shirt with the boxed set's cover art printed on the front.

Side D track title mentioned simply as "Part II" on both insert and label.
