Some copies are not numbered although the space for numbering is present on the back, along with the text "first edition".
As the numbers were hand-written on the back side of the CD case (rather than on the inlay itself), they can be easily damaged or even be totally erased with time, if not handled with caution.

The artwork on the disc is the same as the other editions.

The cat# "CD 3405-2" can be found only on a sticker.
