-Track 2 recorded in May 1996 during the "Eminence In Putrescence" sessions. This version is a rough mix and was never previously released.
-Tracks 3 and 4 are taken from "Promo '95" recorded in March 1995.
-Tracks 5 and 6 are taken from "Dead Flesh Compilation" CD/LP/MC recorded in July 1993.
-Tracks 7 – 12 are taken from "Deformed Beyond Belief" demo, recorded in April 1993.
-Tracks 13 – 15 are taken from "Embalmed In Blood" demo recorded in August 1992.
-Track 16 taken from "Live In Perfect Deformity" live tape, recorded at the Revolver Club, Madrid October 4, 1993. Avulsed third gig!!
-No vocal effects have been used on this recording.
