A menacing pairing of Awkward Geisha and Welsh avant-punkers Lolfa Binc. AG’s side of the Sugar Romeo split contains five tracks of weird, style-agnostic potshots at cut-and-paste, breakbeat, country, and noise. An extended track from LB serves as the b-side and features a claustrophobic take on “rock and roll”, a sinisterly spacy ambient interlude, and a noise redux. Another hour’s worth of challenging listening.
