There is also a small difference in the colour of the red/orange (which is lighter on the Digipak version) and in the way the letters of the words "JAZZ IS DEAD" are overlayed on top of the images of Ivan Conti, Kiko Continentino and Alex Malheiros.
No catalog number anywhere on front or back cover, spine or disc but JID004 is referenced in the disc matrix.
