This “Mercury” is not a major label. Seems like late 60s pressing.
This record company was a local custom pressing company in Nishinomiya Hyougo.
This Mercury released also mega rare GS singles The Humburg, The Silencer (Pre Cosmos Factory)
Japanese Underground Psych Hard Rock With Anti War / Protest Song lyrics.
Track 1 (9:16) They're playing the Japan's national anthem "Kimi Ga Yo" by heavy fuzz guitar in the intro.
This idea is clearly from Jimi Hendrix - The Star-Spangled Banner (Live At Woodstock).
This Long Play Psych Hard Rock track is go to the downer ballad at Ending
with cool tempo change and insert the Psychedelic Trans Effects.
A Leader Kinya Akashi also released another 45s as Back Winder on Mercury SR-2150 in 1972.
He is also composed songs for Hiro (Masahiro Kikutani. Later Lead Singer of
Japanese Power Pop Band Called Jeff) which released only a single on Mercury.
