Several (possibly all) copies of the first pressing contained a pressing error producing a continuous noise during the latter part of B3. The label acknowledged the issue, and replacement copies were being pressed for a product recall. The recall was offered to the customers contacting their points of purchase during a designated period, but many independent retailers opted to apply for a recall on behalf of all their customers without requiring them to apply individually.
