5 sets of test pressings of this double 1-sided LP set were made. Poor mastering led to sub-standard sound quality resulting in the vinyl edition being scrapped and the release being revised as a CD + DVD-Audio set. Test pressings came with blank white labels and plain white paper sleeve. The reverse side of each record is completely blank (no silent groove or any other markings at all) but do have white labels.
