The Beatchukaz latest iteration teams the established duo of Zupany [Producer, composer, DJ] and DeeJayDee [Producer, Scratch Master] with Ivan Blanusa [Saxophonist, Composer] to create an album that sails through genres, with a journey through rhythms, sounds and feelings. Utilizing a mix of samples and live instruments including basslines, saxophones, drums, guitars, synth solos and more, the Beatchuckaz present a 30+ minute, 12 track beatstrumental experience that masterfully incorporates Hip Hop, Jazz, Funk and Soul.

DeeJayDee & Zupany, are members of legendary "Hain Teny" collective. They are into music production for more than a decade, continuosly touring with their basic HTc band mostly perfoming in Balkan and European clubs and festivals.

Funk, Jazz, Blues, Soul, Hip-Hop and Broken Beat are mostly the genres that unite these artists. Inspired for years by music giants such as : Charlie Parker, Erroll Garner, Bo Diddley, Freddie Hubbard, Art Blakey, The Crusaders, Ron Carter, Howlin' Wolf, B.B.King, Tony Allen, Malcolm Catto, Shadow, Krush, Madlib, Cut Chemist, Roc Raider, Mix Master Mike, Q Bert, Red Snapper, Meat Beat Manifesto, Nightmares On Wax and more.

The Beatchuckaz have spent years honing their skills, working with a variety of artists on a range of projects including guest spots on MG Gost's 'Waking Walk' and Dr.Drumah's 'Drumahmental', as well as a number of mixes, remixes and compilations.

BRICKS introduces you to a whole new instrumental dimension of Beatchukaz, one full of rhythmic creativity and intriguing solos.
