This version is a transparent cassette shell with six vertical hatchmarks in two groups of three with a circle in the middle along the bottom of the timing window: | | | O | | |

This version is manufactured with CrO2 type tape, possibly chromium dioxide or cobalt, either pure or mixed with ferric. Though the exact tape type is not listed, you can tell by looking at the tape itself that it is not purely ferric iron oxide tape.

B4 title is given as "Mutherf_ _er" on the J-card flap.

Issued in a standard J-card case with a clear hinge piece. The hinge piece has a raised "Uni" logo in the bottom right corner.
