This 2014 KVLT edition is a mispress. The songs are printed in the correct order on the digipack's back cover starting with the first track "Intro (Tireheb)" and ending with the thirteenth track "Lord of Shadows and Goldenwood". However, on the actual disc the 45 second intro track "Intro (Tireheb)" is placed at the end of the disc and so the first track which plays is "Salomon's Gate".
