This EP was recorded in 2005 and sold as a CDr at live shows in Febuary 2006, when Belong opened for Ariel Pink. In January 2008, after its initial surfacing in 128kbps by a fan, Belong decided to directly offer it to fans in MP3 format for free, at a higher quality 192kbps.
