Contains all songs previously released by Benny Anderssons Orkester as well as 2 previously unreleased live DVDs and a 60 page spined booklet with foreword by Benny Andersson, timeline, biographies, lyrics, credits and some photographs.

CD1 to CD4 compile the first 4 studio albums into different categories, with the exception of the Christmas themed 'Julvals' and 'Trettondagspolkan' which are found on CD6. In addition CD2 includes the Benny Andersson solo track 'Födelsedagsvals Till Mona' and CD3 the single 'Sommaren Du Fick', while CD4 repeats 'Det Är Vi Ändå (Live)' from CD5.

Playing times for many tracks differ a few seconds compared to times written on the CD sleeve.

CD5 playing times can be up to 20 seconds different, they are:
