Photocopied sleeve in poly-bag, issued with a folded 7"x14" lyrics-sheet.
Two sleeve versions exist: both were unevenly trimmed by hand to fit available poly-bags:
• Better-quality/darker printing, trimmed to 7.2-7.4" width (184-189mm) to fit into a 7.5" poly-bag.
• Grey printing (this): the front artwork is the unchanged but the back design is about 3% smaller: the sleeve is trimmed to 7.1-7.5" width (180-185mm) in order to fit in a more conventionally-sized 7.25" poly-bag.
