Issued in a standard clear jewel case (clear disc tray, CD logos top right bottom left) with a back inlay. Some copies included a front insert that has a picture of the disc and the following text below it: BIG GIPP of the GOODY MOB / ADD WEEK JUNE 30, 2003 / UC PLEASE ROTATE NOW!

Tracks 1-3: printed track time is 4:11, but it's recorded from the CD as 4:15.
Track 2: a pop/spot of clipping is at the start of the track. This is not an error of a damaged CD as it comes like this, and it's the same story for the album version (being they are the same tracks). The clean version doesn't have the pop.
Track 4: this is the a cappella of the "main" version (without the spot of clipping).
