Differences:

Front:
- Contains 3 members on album cover, Doug Bohn [Ex-Drummer] was photoshopped out.
- Album title "Sex Reflex" is on left side of cover. Text is white with black outline and much larger than on 1st pressing.
- Namesake logo is sharper and outlined in yellow, which i
much thinner than the green on the 1st pressing.

Back:
- 14 track CD.
- Tracklist is in new font.
- No pictures of band.
- New Bile Style Records logo.
- Contains additional track, "There Is No You And Me."
- "Rock Is Dead (In Bed)," is not listed, but appears as an unlisted bonus track that was moved to the end of the album.
- "To Belong, My New Uniform," has a comma after, "Belong," now.
- Credits are written horizontally from bottom to top on right hand side, centered in middle.

Spine:
- Text has been corrected and no longer backwards and upside down.
- Text is not centered anymore, and is panned too far to the right on one side.

Booklet:
- Contains photo of three piece photoshopped completely out of focus.
- Lists three band members and their roles.
- Contains lyrics for *most songs with vocals.
*Lyrics for, "There Is No You And Me," "It'll Never Happen To Me," "Relix," and the unlisted, Rock Is Dead In Bed," are missing.
