Recordliner with lyrics on both sides housed in a gatefold 12" jacket that comes in a plastic sleeve. On the front of the plastic sleeve there is a sticker with the artist and album name, as well as the version and catalog number. On some copies, the plastic sleeve holds a sticker with "MADE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC" on the back.
