Another same catalog # release "Your Loving Arms" with black stickered sleeve with barcode.
The barcode release (black sleeve) is the commercial issue and it may be true that the white stickered sleeves with no barcode were issued as promotional copies, but the word promotional does not appear on this release.

There are other release of this 12' (same Matrix/runout), with black stickered sleeve with barcode, I think it corresponds to this release, which is why I include it here with the new variant.
