"Small Town Fool" was regionally released in the midwestern United States in March of 1997 and had a limited release of 5,000 copies.
The first 1,000 copies had a silver foil hype sticker on the front of the jewel case.
The next 1,000 copies had the same foil hype sticker, but they were on the cellophane wrapper.
The remaining 3,000 copies did not include the hype sticker.
