Very limited edition in glossy wrap around picture sleeve with plain white paper die-cut inner sleeve, all in poly-bag together with wax paper envelope hand made in Japan by Konomi Asahi with various collage pieces stuck on the outside. Envelope is sewn shut and contains a numbered card and two small chrome nuts, one with a hexagonal head, one with a square head.
