Includes 6 CDs housed in 3 double CD jewel cases and a VHS, stored together in a velcro-sealed card box.

Described as "4 part promotional pack", but this box set was sold on One Little Indian webshop and other stores, so not really a "promo-only" release.

This is the NTSC version, includes yellow round NTSC sticker on VHS wallet and tape. Unlike the PAL version, it includes also the Inside Björk documentary.
It may include a sticker on the bottom of the box telling you which version you have.

VHS content durations are approximate. Total running time: 95 minutes approx.

CD3 & CD5: Taken from the box set, where it will appear on 2 x 3 inches CDs.
CD4: Taken from the box set, where it will appear on a 3 inch CD.
CD6: Taken from the box set, where it will appear as a separate CD.

CD2 besides the audio content listed includes: Transcript of the David Toop interview with Björk, new photos by Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton Jones, trailer, photo archive, discography and album pack shots.

CD1-1 & CD6-8 "All is full of love" is the video version released as single.
CD3-3 "Fuglar" was released previously as "Seagull" in Kukl album "The Eye".
CD3-6 "Immature" is actually the "Björk's version" previously released in the "Jóga" single.
CD3-7 "Cover me" is the keyboard version found in the "Army of me" single.
CD3-8 "Generous Palmstroke" is the live version at the Santa Cecilia di Academia, Rome, 10 November 2001. Later released in "Vespertine Live".
CD4-1 "The modern things" is the previously unreleased "Original Demo" version.
CD4-4 "Nature is ancient" was previously released as "My snare" in the "Bachelorette" single.
CD5: Previously unreleased live and studio recordings from 1999/2000 with the Brodsky Quartet.
