Recorded live at The Electric Banana, Pittsburgh, PA on July 4, 1981. It is from the same show as the Live #1 7".
This is Dez Cadena’s last show on vocals with Black Flag. Good sound quality. This is the same show as the German CD bootleg on Lucky Disc, “Live Pain,” but the sound source is different. These 7”s sound better than the German CD of the complete show.

Issued in a neon-yellow sleeve with white labels and a big center hole. There is also a version with blank black center labels with the same neon-yellow sleeve and the same matrix/dead wax info as this version.
The sleeve has the same exact image on the front and back.

There is also a version with a white sleeve and black labels: Live #2 and a white sleeve version on white vinyl: Live #2.

Actual track order is different from sleeve and there are 3 tracks on each side.

Matrices and laquer cut etchings are crossed out in both runouts, except for "-A" and "-B"
