1973 WWA reissue of the original 1972 Vertigo release, also with the 4 page photo booklet inside a gatefold sleeve. On the label the title also appears as 'VOL. 4'

This has the second Vertigo sleeve with "DE Luxe" on the back cover (instead of "VO Price Code" on the original Vertigo sleeve) with a "WWA 009" sticker over the Vertigo catalog number.

Runouts are stamped aside from "WWA 009" which is etched.
