This was withdrawn almost immidiately after it was issued, due to contractual disputes between the band and Big Bear.
2nd UK issue was immidiately released without management credits inside gatefold sleeve.

There is no break in between the tracks "Hand of Doom" and "Rat Salad" - i.e. looks as though there are only three tracks on B-side of the record when there are actually four (see pic).
