There exist various different versions of "Highway Song", most of them have a hype sticker on front "Specially recorded for Manchester", "Specially recorded for Liverpool", "Specially recorded for Birmingham", "Specially recorded for London" etc. There exist approximately eight (?) different versions.
In case the cover has no hype sticker, the recording can be identified by listening to the track, each town is mentioned at the early beginning of the track.
The catalogue number on the sticker has a suffix denoting the location of the recording eg K11760B for Birmingham.
The location is also etched on the vinyl.
