Includes the following liner notes by the immortal Radio 1 DJ Tommy Vance: "If you're looking for a disc that includes the use of 200 piece orchestra, 6 Moog synthesizers, a brace of Mellotrons and a phased de-tuned Jaws harp - forget it. This L.P. has on quality - quality. The four people who play on it play superbly - they have togetherness on all levels. The numbers on this L.P. are brilliantly simple yet intricate. The whole concept is unerringly mind-blowing and you don't need to chew seaweed to get into it - though mind you they say iodine is good for you. Play it loud and fall out with your neighbors or play it soft and take the chance of being physically rebuked by your girlfriend. Either way Blonde on Blonde will get yo you - they certainly got to me, but then I've always been a sucker for blondes. When I was asked to write these sleeve notes they said about 500 words would be OK. Well that's 149, Just repeat the word 'great' to make up the total and you've got the message." Nuff said! About sums it up. Rock on Tommy!
