Actually the "Permanent Brain Damage" CD is not a direct reissue of the first demo. They re-recorded the vocals, but this is not mentioned in the CD.

There is 01:53 of silence after "Awakening of the Beast", followed by a hidden track (06:50) with dialogue taken from the film Deathmaster, 1972.

After removing the obi-strip the artist and release title are presented in English on the spine.
