12-page booklet contains credits, track list, artwork and photos. Unlike in other countries, the inside of the booklet is printed in black & white. Issued in standard CD jewel case with black tray.

Catalog number variations: D 105663 appears on spine, back cover, back of booklet, and disc face; K2-29194 appears on disc face; 7243-8-29194-2-1 on booklet (pages 11 and 12).

Club edition can be identified by note at bottom-left corner of back cover: "Mfd. for BMG Direct 6550 East 30th St., Indianapolis, IN 46219 under license." Similar to Blur - Parklife except for BMG Direct references vary on back cover (bottom left) and disc face which also includes K2-29194. Otherwise this release is similar to other US edition made by EMI MFG: Parklife.
