Despite its name, this is an official release by the band and Diwphalanx Records. This video is a live recording of the album Boris at Last: -Feedbacker-, October 16th 2004 at Skylight, NY.

The cover pictured above is that of the first press of the release, which is limited to 300 copies. According to other discogs members (check release edit history), there are two further pressings, one featuring Takeshi on the cover, and the other, Atsuo. According to the original submitter, the second press is limited to 150 copies.
