This version is the first pressing and the original way this record was released. The original covers were all manila envelopes that were hand screened on both sides. The envelopes were sealed when you got the record so you had to tear the envelope open in order to get the record out. The cover is slightly larger than a normal 7" cover due to the fact that the envelopes were just that size. Once you opened the envelope, the following was contained inside of it:

1) the record itself in a plain white dust sleeve.
2) a double sided, three panel, black and white fold out insert that had lyrics and info for both bands (each band had one side of the insert).
3) a double sided, two panel, black and white fold out insert that was only for U.O.A. (it had the lyrics to 'Painfully Obvious' and a lot of other songs that weren't on the record, but not the lyrics to 'The Entire Vast Situation Act I').
4) an 8.5" x 11" black and white photocopy folded up that has a collage of newspaper headlines and images.
5) a small, one sided, black and white insert that listed available releases on Gravity.
