Photocopy sleeve with fold-out two sided lyrics sheet. Tape is light gray with cut out labels glued on, idenfitying the two sides as "Side One" and "Side A".
This album was not released on vinyl or CD until 2012, when Sargent Cherry Records produced a box set containing 'Freakshow' in it's entirety on CD and vinyl.
