51 copies of this version were made with photocopied and hand-assembled sleeves since the band ran out of the printed ones. While the printed ones are mostly blank on the back, these covers are wrapped around white record DJ sleeves and stapled in place with a large band photo (exclusive to this version) and numbering on the back. The band photo part on the bottom half of the cover also serves as a pocket that holds the folded insert, and the exposed inside white sleeve is hand numbered by Jamie Walters out of 51, and sometimes has other writings from Jamie (for example, the pictured copy says "28/51 Tote Fuckin Rarity!" The final copy, 51/51 has the entire white portion of the back cover covered with a long hand-written message from Jamie Walters, basically making fun of the owner for being so late to get a copy because they "were probably too busy listening to Korn" and telling them to "Eat shit".
