Per Vic Blankenship, proprietor of Simple Solution Records: "[The gray vinyl is] actually even more rare than the black vinyl copies.First pressing had 200 gold vinyl and 800 black vinyl but a few of the black (not many) ended up being gray because right after pressing the Brainiac/Lazy split the pressing plant pressed the Cage/Tigerlillies split (both records were released on the same day). There are less gray vinyl copies than gold or black!"
