Britney's Dance Beat (Game Concept by Britney Spears) was released in PC (CD-Rom) form on June 19, 2002 in North America. The PC version of the game was made available in a box which included the PC game housed in a standard CD jewel case and came with a large limited edition poster inside (Poster size: 39.5" inches Long x 21.5" inches Wide). The PlayStation 2 (PS2) version released on May 8, 2002 in North America, followed by a June 14, 2002 release in Europe. Game Boy Advance (GBA) also released the game on March 25, 2002. The game was published by THQ and developed by Metro Creative Graphics (PS2), Hyperspace Cowgirls (PC), and Art Co Ltd (GBA).The game consists of the player auditioning to be a backup dancer for Britney on her tour. After successful completion of each audition the player is rewarded with an unlocked video of Britney behind the scenes of her "Dream Within A Dream" Tour. The game includes 5 of Britney's songs (1) "...Baby One More Time" (2) "Oops!...I Did It Again" (3) "Stronger" (4) "I'm A Slave 4 U" and (5) "Overprotected" as well as 13 remixes of those songs that play during Menus, Credits, and Behind the Scenes Footage.
