Collected here on two CD's you’ll find all the bands studio recordings (even their impossible to find debut CD/EP 'Gettin Beyond A Shit') as well as live stuff, demos and covers. All tracks carefully remastered from original studio tapes with a few tracks rescued from cassette tape oblivion. The 16-page full colour booklet includes extensive liner notes and rare pics.

Tracks 1-1, 2-10 & 2-11 were issued on the 'See You Tonight' 7-inch single, which was released by Bang! Records in 2000 (BANG!-12).

Tracks 1-2 to 1-13 are from the album 'A Portable Altamont', which was released by Hellfire Club Records in October 1997 (HFC61001).
Tracks 1-2 & 1-3 were also later issued on 'The Same / Chip On My Shoulder' 7-inch single, which was released by Rockin' House Records in 1999 (RCK 1).
Tracks 1-6, 1-7 & 1-10 were also later issued on the 'No Turning Back' 7-inch single, which was released by Estrus Records in September 1999 (ES 7139).
Tracks 1-11 & 1-12 were first issued on the 'Chokito Bar' 7-inch single, which was released by Dog Meat on December 19th 1994 (DOG 066).
Track 1-13 was first issued on the 'Rock Action / Crash Landing' split 7-inch single with the band Asteroid B-612, which was released by Brain Salad Surgery in May 1995 (BSS04).

Track 1-14 to 1-19 are from the 'Gettin Beyond A Shit' CD EP, which was released by Space Beer Records in March 1993 (SB003).

Tracks 2-1 to 2-7 were recorded live somehow at the Brookvale Hotel in Brookvale, New South Wales, Australia.
Tracks 2-8, plus 2-13 to 2-15 were recorded as 8-track demos at Moonlight Rehearsal Studios in Brookvale, NSW, Australia.
Track 2-8 is a cover of the Iggy Pop song 'I'm Bored'.

Tracks 2-1 (live) & 2-9 (studio) are a cover of the Fun Things song 'Savage'. 2-9 is from the various artists compilation 'Self Mutilation Volumes 4, 5 & 6 (The Final Cut)', which was released by Hippy Knight Records on March 27th 1995 (CREEP 033).

Track 2-10 was first issued on the Replacements tribute album 'I'm In Love.....With That Song!', which was released by Antfarm/Tomboy Records on July 26th 1999 (ANT007) — a cover of The Replacements song 'Color Me Impressed'.

Track 2-11 is a cover of the Wipers song 'Mystery'.

Track 2-12 is an alternate mix done by Michael Carpenter at Stagefright Studios.

Tracks 2-16 & 2-17 were recorded as 4-track demos in the Station Street basement in Newtown, NSW, Australia.
2-17 is a cover of The Humpers song 'Up Yer Heart'.
Tracks 2-10, 2-16 & 2-17 were issued in 2000 by Broken Records on the 'See You Tonight' CDr EP.
