Recorded in concert at Massey Hall, Toronto, April 8 + 9, 1977

Runouts are etched except JAMF and the trailing numbers in variant 2 which are stamped.
Trailing numbers in variant 2 are faint most specially sides B & C

Released in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner lyric sleeves
