Track CD3-4 is taken from "Death Is Just The Beginning Vol. 4" (1997)
Tracks CD3-5 to CD3-10 were recorded in 2003
Tracks CD3-11 to 13 are actually by the band Eulogy (4), (the songs were on Side B of a Brutality tape sent by Jeff Acres to AreaDeath and were included in the box set by mistake).
tracks CD3-14 to CD3-16 are outtakes from "Sadistic" Ep sessions

On CD1:
Metamorphosis Demo: originally published by Wild Rags Records, May 1991

Dimension Demented Demo originally released in September 1989. Three songs from this demo were released on "Hell On Earth".

Metamorphosis and Dimension Demented were later re-issued on a limited cd edition by the band itself through Mega Rabbit Recordings in 2002.

The 1988 demo is a re-recorded version than the other two on CD1.

Tracks CD1-16 to CD1-18 were recorded when the band was briefly called Darkness.

Tracks CD1-19 to CD1-21 are the only songs recorded by Abomination

on CD2:

Live 06-11-1990 was published on a limited cd edition by the band itself through Mega Rabbit Recordings in 2002.

The Demo 1988 Versions 1 was dubbed in 50 copies before the master broke. This is a different version than the one on CD1. The last four tracks on CD2 are a rough rehearsal for such demo.

Note: due to amateurish recording of Demo 1988 Version 1 and Rehearsal For Demo 1988, the resulting sound may reveal limitations and imperfections.
