This record gives credit to 3 artists: Buckshot, 5 Ft. Accelerator & Evil Dee. Known collectively as Black Moon. Shortly after this release in 1999, Duck Down and Nervous Records settled a lawsuit which gave Buckshot, 5 Ft, and Evil Dee the right to license the name Black Moon from Nervous Records and release their sophomore release "War Zone" under the name Black Moon.
