"We're three friends who love making music together. Our names are Connor Brooker, Brock Weston & Jordan Brunoli.

All of the songs that make up this record were written by Bugs. They mean a lot to us, so we hope they mean something to you.

'Self Help' was produced, recorded and mixed by Brock Weston at Bedlam Records. All songs were mastered by Tyson Ruth at Studio Truth. Additional guitars by shred lord Keelan Sanders. Brayden Doig of Oddball Designs took care of all the beautiful art and design aspects of this project.

This record wouldn't have been possible without the love and support of our manager Ruby-Jean McCabe. She is the most hard working and passionate person we have ever met. We also owe a lot to our good friend and booking agent Dom Bloody Miller. His guidance , sense of humour and belief in what we're doing has been invaluable. Thanks to Caitlin and the team at Habit for their help on this release. A countless amount of people have contributed to help make this band what it is today and for that, we are so appreciative.
